OP - Just go work for him for a while, when he asks how your getting on, say you can't work with this bunch of feckless, arrogant, lazy, stupid idiots a moment longer and he needs to start kicking them into shape....

As long as you are doing lots of work he might get the picture, if not sue him for unfair dismissal....
