Got my latest batch of blood tests back that were requested by the endo - weird results - test now at 13.2. Baffled by how end of Nov and early Dec I got 6.4 and 6.8 respectively, now end of Jan I pull 13.2.
Anyone else had such a weird fluctuation?
All my blood tests are done before 9am and fasted and I have not made any lifestyle changes in terms of sleep or diet. If anything I am under more stress and haven't been jogging since December.
Going back further I checked with my GP and a few years back I was in the 8 region so this 13 results seems nuts.
Got another new set of blood tests scheduled to see what that reveals but curious to see if anyone else has seen any fluctuations like that.
Needless to say, the endo now wants to discharge me.
Did you also get SHGB this time? It's not unusual for T to go up and down like that. I've had similar, ranging from 4 to 15. And I'm not surprised the endo wants to show you the door, that's what they do. Anyone else had such a weird fluctuation?

As has been mentioned previously, go armed with BSSM guidelines and other stuff and ask for either more bloods or a test trial, if that's what you want. Have you had an MRI yet?

That's a good one yes - venous test is best. There are usually a few discount codes floating around - if you can't find one that works then sign up and wait for a week or so and one will arrive soon enough.

Is Turkesterone a load of bks excuse the pun?
Seems to be more of a body builder thing than a low T supplement. However, I spent around 15 years trialling every supplement known to man (around 4-6 months on each one) in the low T arena and the only thing that worked (for me), in terms of improving symptoms, was pregnenolone. It gave me horrendous acne though, painful too, so I aborted that one. After all natural interventions failed, my last resort was TRT.
Generally, if one is genuinely low on T, supplements aren't going to make any noticeable difference as there will usually be a physiological reason enough T isn't being produced and supplements won't change that. Although, supplements could make a difference if you have OK T level but high SHBG/estrogen if they focus on bringing either of those 2 down.

All AIs will raise test (if you're not taking exogenous test), exemestane (aromasin) gives a measurable boost. Enclomephene gives a nice boost as well, without the moodiness of full clomid.JimmyJack said:
I get hundreds of adverts on insta for miracle potions and tablets, is there actually any that have ‘proven’ benefits for training and muscle retention as you get older?
No, basically. For muscle retention (and mental health) into older age regular resistance exercise and a decent diet is the only drug free way to do.
Extra testosterone really is the safest as it mimics natural test and lots of research has been conducted...but is it really safe to take for many years in any amount more than natural levels?
Oral PEDs (balanced for safety vs effect):
Creatine
Ostarine
Anavar
Turinabol
Dianabol
Low level cycle with test (include the above if you like)
(Injectable) Primobolan
(Injectable) Masteron
Beyond these you're moving into a full bodybuilding anabolic cycle. Nothing wrong with that IMO as long as you're careful.
