Rich Energy drop Haas. No...Really. Seriously...
Discussion
Considering some of the investors/advisors I’m not sure how he got into a position like that in the first place. Justin King must recognise Storey as the guy who use to collect the trolleys at the local Sainsbury’s as his college holiday job. Atleast he can always get a new job as Trumps twitter feed advisor.

Do we think that Storey is behind these tweets?
If so he has pulled off the impossible in actually being even more stupid than he looks.
From the Motorsport.com link that thegreenhell posted:If so he has pulled off the impossible in actually being even more stupid than he looks.
"Sources have told Motorsport.com that the tweet was either written by or authorised by CEO William Storey without the knowledge of Rich's investors after an apparent difference of opinion."
When digging a very large hole, it's best to know when to really stop:
Storey told SunSport: “We terminated them. Unfortunate but logical decision in light of events.” He added: “Haas [are] nice people but the car is going backwards. “We are a superior product to Red Bull. “A milkfloat at back of grid a disaster for us. End of.”

Mr Storey, expect your P45 in the post.

Just when you think this circus act was about to run its course... it just ends up getting even better.
Thoroughly enjoying it. Seriously one of the most entertaining Storeys of the year so far. Maybe beardy Bill just had a few too many drinks last night and went rogue. The whole thing is absolutely hilarious and has been from the beginning. The cherry on top would be if Haas did a deal with Whyte a little further down the line when all the ties with Rich are cut.
The Sun article though... how have they been the only ones to manage to track him down? Do we think that's a legit article?

Just looked at the points standings and at the lower end of the constructors and it really wouldn't take loads to leap frog a few teams - which I'd love to see Haas do this weekend.
Unfortunately the two moany whiney donkeys they employ to drive the things . They have arguably the worst driver line up on the grid. Andy S15 said:

Well of course we don't but it has all the right markings on it to be a Storey story, probably fuelled by a Rich Energy and Vodka filled evening at his Mum's house (she should have taken the phone off him) or the Bingham hotel corporate HQ.Mind you with both parties reputations for BS and these crazy unfolding events, who can you believe?
It actually just occurred to me about a link about the Bingham hotel that Storey loves to frequent so much and have is interviews at. Wasn't John Bingham the real name of Lord Lucan?
Maybe Storey will shave off his beard and disappear, and all that will be left will be his logo'ed bike abandoned in the street near the ferry terminal in Newhaven?

I still can't work out why the old thread had to be closed and a new one had to be started. Surely if the subject of the discussion is exactly the same, it should've just continued. It doesn't make any sense at all. How many more times will this happen and how many threads will this happen to?

It wasn't the moderators who decided to do it, the OP requested it. I agree, it's odd. Gassing Station | Formula 1 | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
