I'm not sure what you expected them to do while you were away in France or wherever.

It is fairly annoying to be told that by someone who didn't experience any issues whatsoever that your problem doesn't exist and you not only that but you shouldn't be upset about it either. On the subject of what they could have done from France... it's a french company who run a national petrol and EV charging station network. Maybe they would have replace tags in stock there, i have no fking idea. They could do more than zero though.

In your own posts you actually said ' other people may have been fine with them ' or words to that effect. I was only confirming that.
Your tag didn't work. The world didn't end and nobody died as a result. Get over yourself.

I’ve only briefly looked into them, before deciding I wouldn’t use it enough to make it worth the effort or recurring cost.
What about the main brands which are linked early on in the thread? They perhaps cost a bit more (quickly looked at Fulli and does seem remarkably cheap with the joining offer), but maybe they offer more reliability and better customer service.

Second those very offers mean, other than a really small bit of time/effort applying for the tag and getting a Revolut account (which will probably save Blown2CV on Euro payment charges vs. their normal payment card, so a Brucie Bonus there), the fact the tag didn't work means Blown2CV suffered zero financial impact. As everything bar the toll charges were free last time I looked ending up having to take a ticket/pay when exiting cost exactly the same as if the tag had worked - and is the same toll booth effort they would have to have made had they decided to not apply for a tag.

Following the comments on Fulli, I have just taken delivery of one and I am in the process of returning the Emovis tag. Like others have said, I just needed a correct way of paying for the DD, but I use my Revolut card a lot anyway, so no issues so far.
I'm taking the new tag on its maiden voyage to Metz in France in two weeks time, then I am down in Le Mans for work about 4 or 5 times on the run up to Christmas, so I will have more experience by then.

Avoid ULYS as you sign up in English, then everything reverts to French.
Uk Banks won’t accept their €1 debit, so they want a €40 payment on account - I stopped at that point as many advised payments continue to get bounced, badge disabled and increasingly threatening letters come even after transferring €40.

So far, so good. I have just got back from Metz and the first thing that caught me out was that it was a lot quieter beep compared to the Emovis tag that I previously. It also nearly caught me out on the first barrier as I assume it had to wake up or something for the first time.I can see the trip going out on the app, but the return journey hasn't appeared yet, but the app says it could take up to 72 hours.
So far, all very positive. Plus not having to pay the Emovis usage fee.

I noticed when I was on the M6 Toll the other day, that my Fulli toll tag beeped at me and the sign ready something along the lines of the tag not possible to read or something.
Is it possible to have the tag configured / linked to an M6 Toll account?
I have spoken to the M6 Toll people / bots and they simply put, no cannot be done.
Anyone with any experience of the inner workings of the Fulli / transponder tags used in France?
Further to the above thread, approaching 8 months in with the Fulli, and it's not missed a beat in the 4 or 5 different cars I've used it in. Invoicing is simple, albeit in French, but no complaints from me at all and still a lot cheaper than Emovis who I was with for years.

No, I looked at this for the M6 toll just last week, and couldn't find any way of linking it to my Emovis tag account, even though the new tag reading hardware seems to pick up the French tag signal.
However the good news is that you don't even need a tag for the M6 now, they've adopted ANPR tech to read your numberplate. I set up an account at the weekend and it worked flawlessly, even with my tag in the car, so the ANPR seems to take precedence over the tag that can't be processed. The only downside is that the account top up mechanism works per numberplate, so if you register more than one car you have to maintain a positive balance of at least £15 for each, which is basically a loan to the M6 toll operator until you cancel your account and cash out. A small price to pay for ease of use though.
However the good news is that you don't even need a tag for the M6 now, they've adopted ANPR tech to read your numberplate. I set up an account at the weekend and it worked flawlessly, even with my tag in the car, so the ANPR seems to take precedence over the tag that can't be processed. The only downside is that the account top up mechanism works per numberplate, so if you register more than one car you have to maintain a positive balance of at least £15 for each, which is basically a loan to the M6 toll operator until you cancel your account and cash out. A small price to pay for ease of use though.
Back in France; in a hire car this time. Remembered to get the Ulys tag out of my car and bring it down. Handy
Shame the car's not the "Golf or equivalent" that I booked but a Peugeot 2008 wobble box. fking horrible thing. Far too high, directional stability of a shopping trolley, nasty surge-y over turboed engine which idles like a diesel and runs out of puff at 5k (WTAF?), X Box steering wheel and the worst electric steering I've ever experienced.
If this is what "dominating the urban jungle" is all about, ah'm oot.
Shame the car's not the "Golf or equivalent" that I booked but a Peugeot 2008 wobble box. fking horrible thing. Far too high, directional stability of a shopping trolley, nasty surge-y over turboed engine which idles like a diesel and runs out of puff at 5k (WTAF?), X Box steering wheel and the worst electric steering I've ever experienced.
