Just had an XM deal through from leasing Options this afternoon.

48 months
5k miles
£731 a month with £4.4k down
This had the 22" optional alloys @ £1650

Local BMW garages can get great deals on them too delivery due June - Sept however the dealerships can only get 24 months lease. Waiting on further deals coming through tomorrow

There is also a deal on the X7's for anyone interested ask and quote this as these are where the discounts are.

"Q2 2024 M Car/X7 & XM CH Campaign (24m) "

The deal on EQC 400 AMG line’s are amazing. Rubbish range for such a big battery but as a second car, cracking.

Saw one on the school run this morning, ghastly things. If it's a cheap lease I can see the logic, but that's not cheap.

Whilst I wouldn't part with that money for something as ugly as the XM, it is still cheap for a car that starts at £110k.

£40k ish to lease a BMW for 4 years isn't cheap in my view, I don't care what it is. And isn't that way off on the percentage criteria - something like 36%? 5k miles is also pointless for most.

Worth noting that the 20% target that many remember as a target in this thread was also only for 2 years, not 4 years.
A quick look on Select (not sure who has the cheapest XM deal) shows that on 1+23 10k miles a year it's £1,051/month. So £25,224 over 2 years or 22.7% of sales price.

So £316 per month amortised over the 18 months. Seems reasonable to me.

that's a great deal at less than £310 amortized.
One thing though, I couldn't find that exact trim on Hyundai.
There's Premium, Ultimate and Namsan.
Could it be an earlier version?

Indeed, a good deal I think everyone just needs to be aware these vehicles seem overpriced from the off and they do look like a transformer from the front. If you can see past that and look at the interior for comfort it's not the worst car.

BMW direct offer this which works out £24k over 2 years which again is alot of coin but for a £114,000 car it's decent. 21.05% it works out as. Below copied from the quote for info...

We are pleased to give the following quotation for finance from BMW Financial Services.
The quotation will remain valid until 15th May 2024.
Period and Payments
(a) Initial Rental(s) £8,247.02
(b) Administration Fee payable with Initial Rental £0.00
(c) Subsequent Monthly Rental £687.25

Followed by 23 Monthly Rentals:
All figures shown above are inclusive of VAT
£8,247.02
£687.25

As I've just started to trade as a Limited Company, may I still take out a business lease ok or will I run into issues, what are they and are there workarounds? Really useful group for the newbie!

If it was the longer range version i would have been all over that.
But still a good deal if you can live with 200 miles, which most can.

Ref the initial rental amount, I just did a fag-packet calculation on this. 12 months initial, 180 pcm, equals 5220 total (exc fees). 1 month initial, 290 pcm (from the 21st Century website), equals, er, £5220.

If I have that right, why would you bung the higher initial amount at them if it costs the same overall?

Guess that depends what you want the monthly payments to look like

Can't get any of the brokers to actually quote me on the Ioniq deal. All cars probably been allocated.

Noted in the description that these cars are potentially nearly 2 years old ("...Vehicle Model year 2022 Q3 | Release date 08-07-2022...")

Are they likely to just be 'un-leased' for that period of time, or possibly low-mileage pre-used?

Seems odd, that's all.
