He's got away with it so many times before, what makes you think he won't this time?

What's more the pompous arse has now blamed it on Ruby.

and Rubys response? "Hell, for ten years it was my fault, what's new?" a class act and worth 10 of Scumacher

Times have changed, and he is not winning for Bernie.

Trouble is, he actually believes the bosewlox that comes out of his own mouth. Shocking manoeuver from an old driver desperate to cling to some of his former glories.

I personally don't see a problem with what Schumacher did!

Rubens chose to go for a gap that was getting smaller and smaller so he put himself in that position. He could have easily gone around the outside from that position with the new tyres he had on. I see Rubens coming out and moaning ("it's the most dangerous move I have ever had against me!") is a bit pathetic really and is more to do with the past than that incident.

I would love to see the steering wheel telemetry in Schumacher's car because I will bet that it stays on the same angle to within 2 degrees once he starts to come across the track.

Just to note I don't actually blame Schumacher or Rubens as I just see it as good hard racing.

And we all know what 'move' I'm referring to. About time this idiot was penalised. It makes Senna's move on Prost in Estoril look tame (particularly as Senna moved first, then Prost, not the other way round as it was today).

There's by far enough evidence of this type of move for a little vid methinks. I was watching the move on Brundle at Hungary 1992 only last night.

Any pro-shumi lot must surely have dumped the rose tinte glasses for glasses made out of Lead.
So you think Senna was tame considering how little protection the drivers had in their cars, which of the the incidents would have likely had a fatal outcome? 1988 or 2010?

Think you need to remove your rose tints before posting as Schumacher move was terrible but that does not make your tame statement any less moronic.

As Rubens said, he was closing the door - edit slamming it -too late, having deliberately left it ajar. He knows he can only change line once, so he was inviting him to come through in a position on the track that he could try intimidation to block the move, Dirty Dick Dastardly, ask Damon Hill/Jacque V.

"If you try and pass I'll have you off" always was and always will be his modus operandi. Nothing has changed except the position he is fighting for.
Bit pathetic really, Rubens is a fine example of how an "elder statesman" of F1 should conduct himself, the Big Chinned one is just becoming an embarrasment. I was looking forward to viewing his "second life", beginning to wonder why now. nono

Not disagreeing, but in 1988 F1 was considered to be as safe as it had ever been, as it is every year due to the ever increasing safety regulation and tech advances.

In 20 years time I'm sure it'll be the same story looking back at the 2010 season.

dirty man, shame his move didnt go wrong and he crashed leaving him seriously injured. that would wipe the smile off his smug face.

imo he should be banned, there is no excuse for forcing someone into the wall and grass at those speeds( im guessing 200mph+) because they have a faster car than you.

there defending your position, and then theres putting lives at risk

That's such a disgusting thing to say - I'm sorry but regardless of who is involved here would you really like to see him hurt that much? I am not condoning what he did slamming the door like that, I think it could have been so very much more serious than it was - imagine if someone had been exiting the pit lane at the moment. Terrible.

Very scathing mate, pointed out that the stewards could see him looking to the right for some 200m and basically timing his move to "perfection". Intimated that that either the car does not meet rear view regs of there is something wrong with his eyesight and he should be tested and if proven to have defective eyesight his super license revoked.

The very dodgy attitude on the race track is one thing, but there's no need for him to be such an arrogant prick about it off the track.

I thought Alex Wurtz summary on schumacher's move was spot on, they should have band the moron for one race.
