I've edited your post for clarity – the hill runs have sold out but there's space for hundreds of cars for general entry, so plenty of tickets available for those that want to attend a Sunday Service in the usual fashion Use discount code PISTONHEADS24 to get your ticket in advance for £6 here.
No worries! I’ll need to be more on it next year!thatdude said:
Here's me wondering for a bit too long how a 1.8 litre auto civic might fair up the hill!
(slowly, let it be said)
Still, maybe next year eh?
Anything is game to be fair, some of the vintage stuff is slooow. Funnily one of the most fun things to watch last year was a guy in I think it was an old Honda CRV giving it death. Was definitely quicker than some of the more fruity stuff. (slowly, let it be said)

I took the wife’s convertible Mini on one of the club days last year and that was great if not the quickest.

hi, don't suppose anyone can help me out who's been before, but i understand obv it's a hill climb, so it's a hill lol, but is any of it like level ground for the cars on show etc? just have some accessibility issues. thanks
Hi - most of the carpark is hard standing / tarmac although the odd person parks on the grass. The different car parks are level themselves, but there's a gradient in between them that can be quite steep (but is also tarmac). Hope that helps, but feel free to ask any specific questions.
Most visitors park on the grass, the grass car parks are not level. To see most of the track it’s a fairly steep walk so you may be limited to seeing the straightish run to the bridge. The bridge over the track has steps, so you may have to go down behind the start line to cross from car park to the paddock.
Steps or slope up to the club house too. The paddock is also on a slope but is tarmac

Great to be booked in for another Sunday Service. Too late to get in on the hill climb this time but we've been lucky enough to experience it several times in the past ,and anyway its nice when first-timers get a (rare) chance to try it.
Any chance we could get a SS at Shelsley Walsh Hill Climb too (great venue & even closer to home )?
Looking forward to seeing what's in the car park on the day

For those who have been before and been ‘up the hill’ is there a particular entrance you need to come in through on the day to get to the paddock area?
Go in the main entranceYou will be asked to go left into the paddock if you have runs booked. You will have an allotted paddock space or club area to park in, confirmed nearer the day.
Need to turn up before hill runs start up as they close this entrance once they do as it form a part of the start queue.

Thanks Will. I noticed the PH info said 10am but the ticket from Prescott says 9am. Guessing those details will be confirmed nearer the time?
Yeah it will be confirmed about a week before with instructions but normally will be something like arrive by 9ish, sign on ASAP, briefing at 09.30-9.45 for hill runs to start at 10Hill runs are 10-4 with a 1 hour gap in the middle for lunch. Signing on can take a long time as people don't have their licences or haven't completed the online sign on and we will have that running from around half 8. Gates will open at 8am, i recommend that you walk the hill if you have never been before! Details regarding the signing on will go out in the coming weeks and paddock plan/final instructions will appear about 2 weeks before the event.

Yeah, the sign on process seemed to take a long time last year (and I was prepared).I'd definitely get there early.
