Turbo and dpf wont prevent it firing.
Unlikely to be 4 bad injectors.
Before wasting time and money put a scope on the injector wiring to see if the ecu is trying to fire them. Read live value for rail pressure while cranking. Check lift pump is delivering fuel. Get a comprssion test. Check the basics. Are you getting live values?

So....you know nothing about cars, and bought a non runner off an auction ?

No red flags there.

Have you contacted Kia to see if there is any history ?

When you talk to the car/ecu, presumably it must be telling you some information ? If so, what ?

if you can suggest anything else or any advice would be most appreciated.
Fixing this will need somebody capable of diagnosing the problems, and then fixing them. From your post I don't get the impression that will be you. I suggest that you trying to come up with an 'action plan' to fix it is worse than useless unless you plan to fix it yourself. I have never met any competent mechanic who appreciated being told what to do by somebody who has no clue.

It's conceivable that the car is beyond economic repair.

Even if it's economic to repair it, you have to judge whether the price justifies the cost of fixing it. The fact it was sold as a non runner suggests the original owner decided it was better to sell it, and they presumably understood the problem better than you do.

My advice is that unless you have the skills and resources to fix the car yourself, you should try to sell it in the same condition you bought it, for a similar price. Non runners like this are really best left to people able to asses the problem and fix it themselves. Even if you manage to fix it, it's likely you'll end up spending more than you saved, if you're paying professional rates.

The car has a full service history
So it still had the balance of a 7 year warranty?

I know for a fact that the high gas emissions is causing the car not to run.
You do ?

Do you even understand what it is you're reading ?

In reality I need to repair or replace anything that cause high engine gas pressure.
Utter nonsense.

What in your world is "high engine gas pressure." ?

An EGR valve might inhibit starting though? Mine did on an old Focus diesel. Surely you can’t do that much damage to any modern car in just 19,000 miles. Perhaps an mis-fuel but it should be easy enough to check the tank.

Doubt egr would prevent it firing, if the ngine has been sitting its clean air in there so ir would still fire
In this case it doesnt matter because the car is imaginary, its high gas pressure in someones brain cavity thats the problem.

Exhaust valve stuck? Turbo stuck?

Does it crank properly, does it want to start?

Check inlet, fuel pressure, compression, turbo and exhaust valves.

Start one end and follow through, in a methodical way.

If it cranks check turbo and valves then injectors. That’s what I would do. Could be ecu as well

They will stop them starting, but yes if the dpf is blocked disconnect it and try, it will be loud but will run.

Still not seeing why getting it reassembled and dumping it with a Kia dealer isn't your 1st priority in life. It's still got warranty.
