I’ve got 2 petrol strimers, neither run properly.
They will both start and tick over for a bit on full choke but then stall.
Any advice to get them to run very much appreciated.
I suspect it air leaking at the manifold of the carbs.
New gaskets aren’t available so what gasket sealant would be recommended?

You haven't said which make they are but if they're of Chinese origin, the weighted fuel tank pick up pipes often deteriorate and split if the strimmer is stored over winter with fuel in the tank.

I think a home made (by me) gasket would be a step backwards.
One is a Ryobi the other Titan.

Both Chinese I think, theTitan certainly is and very prone to the fuel pipe failing in the tank.
