Long story short as to why, got a call about 2 weeks before thunder road from a manager of a dealership out in the middle east saying would you come in for a casual chat as we have some people in the u.k in a week or so, naturally I said yes. Anyways the casual chat was put in stone for the Tuesday before Thunder road and it turned into an hour and a half long, rather gruelling interview with the person who runs the entire company in the middle east, at the time felt rather worn out but felt it went o.k.

This morning received the contract through to go and work for them for an initial 3 years followed by who knows, with the way the job is in the u.k (sh*e) ive signed and returned it and thinking got nothing to lose. Well its just cost me a relationship as we decided it wont work long distance so lets hope it all goes o.k to compensate!

Visa application next, not sure how long that will take but regardless will get the car(s) up for sale after a stag do im on this weekend and hope can shift them before I leave.

Whoever buys it will be buying a virtually re-built car as not much left to replace, ran faultlessly to T/R and back, its a fantastic long distance cruiser, not sure what I can get in the middle east to replace it but at least the fuel will be less lol
