Thought it was a 69 chevelle there for a tick..
Im too sensible. I would love an old school big block.
But they are just not daily drivers.
Late model muscle has it sown up Im afraid.
Nice Camaro, Challenger, HSV etc all good to me.
The convenience of RHD kind of means the HSV is the best option.
If I spend I want to use it as much as possible. tens of thousands of miles a year.. You cant do that with the old stuff. Its just too much hassle and uncomfortable. Let alone the shocking MPG.

Very valid points Richard, HSV all the way for me, mine isn't a daily driver but i can get in it anytime and just drive any where without thinking what if......Im too sensible. I would love an old school big block.

I was surprised to see the price of the official UK Camaro, from Chevrolet dealers in the UK.
Good job the new GTS has the Supercharger included for £55k, as for the money you could have a year old GT86 for the daily commute, and a new Camaro for the weekends.
Sorry Gruffy, we're taking the thread off topic.

Haha, no probs.
I took the Mach to the first South Coast Pub Club meet of the year this evening.
Now that the roads have dried out a bit, I was able to see what the car would do.
I took the car out of auto mode and tried pushing it through 1st and 2nd!!! OMFG!!! Seriously... It scared the out of me!!! Upon leaving the meet, the back just stepped out sideways which was caught easily enough. Probably should have warmed the radials first!? I think some people got a good movie clip with that one... The learning curve is steep with this car.
Just needs a little tuning as running rich...
93 miles has cost £73!!! Anyone fancy working out the Mpg for a laugh!?
