Grey42Cerbie.

We are talking about the M Coupe, Not the M3 Coupe.
(The one shaped like a Bread Van)
M Coupe much faster than a M3 Evo Coupe (yes I have driven both). Much more TVR like in it character.(without the creaks)

Running Costs Couple of Grand a year !
BMW Warranty £390 a year and covers everything on the car, except tyres/brakes and clutch.
Can be renewed every year to 100,000 miles.

Only 600 M Coupes approx in this country so rarer than a TVR and hence loads of looks down the High St.

TVR beats it on Sound track though !!

I Love TVR's but I need this car everyday. I know several TVR owners and they have all been off the road several times in the last couple of years.
Plus the cost of servicing and parts is horrific.

If I had a bit more money I would have a TVR too.
But if you don't have pockets that deep, I can highly recommend the M Coupe, Near TVR pace with rock solid reliability, and if it does goes pop! its covered.

Cheers
Grant

Anyone know a nice one for sale as I too am getting a bit fed up with TVR reliablity or rather worrying what else will go wrong whilist its sitting in the garage?
I hear that a good 1999-2000 Z3M Coupe can be seen for private sale at £20-22k.
Dealers seem to be £26-29k for the same thing though and I am not keen if there is no BMW warranty.Main thing I have noticed so far is kerbed wheels and shot clutches- expensive.

The guy who started this thread is selling his...One thing to watch out for is that if the BMW warranty has expired then BMW won't allow you to renew it!
