How much were you paying to take a van/motorhome over to the isle of mann?
Really tempted to go in 2013 but might work out cheaper to fly.

Gutted.
My first visit to the TT - arrived on Thursday, got back yesterday (Monday), 700 mile round trip. All we saw was the lightweight race, although we did get to see the paddock. A lot.
Only went because a pair of grandstand tickets came up unexpectedly for the Senior. Massive amounts of grovelling involved to go away during half term, and spending money.
We were confident after seeing the riders get back from the inspection trip, and thought we could lip read J McG saying 'Not too bad' (or words to that effect). The subsequent long delay made our spirits dip, however. Couldn't see what the others were saying.
However, the Billown (Southern 100) meeting was good - beautiful weather and easy to get to.
Now planning a longer visit in 2013...

Does anyone know the web addresses of the numerous photographers that were taking snaps of people riding the course. The only one I know of is the one in the paddock www.fantttastic.com but there must be others. Thanks

Shame. How early can you book places and accoms on the island for 2013? Already booked my friend, already booked! Most places will be getting busy around now, so I'd be quick. Ferry crossings are also limited at this stage so if you're driving/riding over get on steam packet website asap.

10 Days at the TT,2 Cameras in my bag and neither saw light of day. Luckily i found this at www.fantttastic.com Got the Pic cropped and Personalised;  2 or 3 Laps before Brekkie every day except Thurs and Fri of Race Week.

That's a nice pic, can't decide if it's the panoramic view back across Ramsey or the lack of a giant blue and orange mouse that makes yours. Not too sure I'll bother with mine.
