Hydrogen technology? Would this be di-hydrogen monoxide?
No HHO, this machine produces pure hydrogen.

Any more info on this. I have an S5 V8 and it has plenty of power however would be interested if I was missing a few horses?

Someone mentioned new hydrogen technology that can do this. Anyone know a cheaper solution than 2k plus at Audi?

Yes, take it to MRC tuning in Banbury (probably the best Audi tuner in the UK)

Like their facebook page, there are hundreds of pictures of the carbon clean process and before and after dyno to show the improvements. I think its around £1k with them

It should be done as part of regular maintenance/servicing on the 4.2 V8, every 3yrs maximum.
