The detailed info is on most sites at the moment (aintitcool etc) but whats above is slightly different to what i've read in several different places.....
- Megatron is a jet fighter of unknown design, not really a full on spaceship so I've heard but not far off I suppose. But "Jt fighter" is definately the phrase I have heard continuously.
- Soundwave I've heard is maybe 7ft and he works in conjunction with "Brawl" (the new Mustang Police car, pictures all over the net).
- filming is taking place all over, including a scratch built iraq village in the nevada desert where special forces will fight "Skorpinok" a decepticon who's robot form is a scorpion like thing that can borrow through sand (think tremors like scene maybe?
- Skorpinok actually attaches to another decepticon and helps make up a modern day combat helicopter (Apache Longbow maybe?)
- The reason bumblebee converts from old Camaro to new Camaro in the film is explained by the fact that the Transformers disguise themselves by scanning objects they wish to use as a disguise. Bumblebee is damaged early on and apparently has to mimic the first thing he see's (the old camaro) later when fixed he chooses a new more up to date disguise.

- Optimus prime is a white & blue Mac truck !!!!! (YAY)
There are loads of pictures from the set all over the web including some superb pictures of Brawl and Bumblebee mid chase at night. There is also so fantastic pictures of a Decepticon tank called "Devestator" parked on the back of a transporter and its bleeding massive!!!

I wish i still had my G1 prime. They are all plastic now
with flashing lights and sounds Hold on the Blue and white truck was Ultra Magnus. Not Prime!!!!

Saw the thread and dived right in, sod the others I'd opened up in other windows! 
Sooo looking forward to this - I was kiddie-age (10,12?) when the first movie came out, this has the potential to be very cool...
...but also a big turd if handled wrong.
So Stephen, if you're reading, please don't foul up our childhood memories!!!
