Cayenne S - ex demo. What's a fair price?

Thinking of buying an ex-demo from an OPC. It's a few months old with under 5000 thousand miles. It was specced to around £110k when new.
Putting the numbers into the usual online valuation tools is pretty eye-opening/terrifying - around £65k (I didn't put any of the extras in).
The question is, what is a fair price to pay the dealer (I have no idea if the online valuation tools are lowballing as they don't want the cars).
Any pointers are appreciated.

a friend just sold his. it was cayenne s, reg oct 23, price new 114k, but that was the price before they added another 4k in october. he did 5k miles and got 94k back from an indy who sold it at circa 98k. he took a kicking on it! have been a number of new ones with 10k+ off, advertised over past few months.
he got rid of it as the 14-18mpg around town and low 20's on runs meant he was spending almost 200 a week on filling it up when using it!

yes, big hit. he wasnt expecting anything like that considering it was pretty much a new car, not just a facelift. but dealers giving 10k+ off new ones within 4 months of cars arriving in uk, meant to shift it he had to price it below that. Sidsw said:

Interesting mpg figures as I keep reading now that latest tech petrols are as good as diesels. Was towing a triaxle trailer yesterday with S diesel. Mixed driving conditions resulted 20mpg on a 55 mile round trip. Unladen car does ranger of 26 town/local to 35 mpg on a trip. That’s probably the old shape isn’t it? Hmmm? 18mpg sounds low, but if a city car probably, but wonder if the the S is a lot more thirsty?
I say that as we have a 2020 Cayenne, non S and that does 26mpg all day long and will do 33mpg on a run without trying.
That is not too far from the previous diesel. Been very impressed with the consumption.

My 2.9S has averaged just under 28mpg for the last 25,000 miles. It loosened up and improved considerably after 10k, and now will easily achieve 32mpg on a long motorway trip (as long as you stay under a real 80mph), while around town it seems to hover around 24mpg. Quite a bit better than people are getting from the new V8, but then it doesn't make such a nice noise!
