Hi all
Hope this is allowed but just a shout out for Barny Jones in Crondall just outside Farnham. Took my XK to them a while back after it had dropped a valve seat and the garage I bought it from didn't want to know. They sorted the car and have looked after it ever since. Really great bunch of guys, know their stuff, very reasonable and give good practical advice on the car and any issues - can't recommend them highly enough.
The work on all Jags - I've parked up next to F Types, XJs, XJS, Mark IIs, XKs and E-Types. Top outfit.

Thank you for the recommendation. I've tried a couple in the South East but one of the issues I always have is getting home after dropping the car off! Do they offer a courtesy car? I'll drive anything , I have no shame but last time I took the car to Tom Lenthell (who were great) I don't think my wife was terribly thrilled with the 3 hour round trip each way.
