Weren''t Northamtonshire claiming that they had caught 80000 more drivers for speeding since the introduction of cameras yet at the same time claiming that accidents had decreased? I don''t follow the argument that "speed kills" if an increase in the number of people speeding actually reduces the number of accidents.
