Had a look at your site Colin. I've got split-rim wheels that need a refurb, the centre section is (I guess) painted/powder-coated and the outside is polished.I know a lot of places don't touch split-rims - is it something you've done much of?
I will be doing a set of BBS split rims in the next few weeks, the centre section is painted or powder coated, the top two sections are held together with sealant and outer edge bolts. do you have the nut on the backside of the wheel, give me a call and i can run through it as it's easier than writing it down.

Firstly big thanks to Colin, he spent all day yesterday working on my wheels, turned up at 9am and left at 7:30!!. Fantastic service!!! The results are excellent and would highly reccomend him to anyone thats thinking about a refurb / change of wheel colour.
Before my wheels were dull, corroded in the centres and the rims were far from polished

The process invloved, wheels off, polish the rims up to a mirror shine. Sand down the wheel centres, prime, prepaint and laquer. Cure under heat lamps (correct me if i've missed anything Colin)
Anyway here's the results. Sorry for the dark pics, I'll take some better ones once the weather gets a bit brighter. Very pleased indeed

I will be calling you soon, maybe tomorrow, about the wheels on my 944. Black painted centres with dull should be shiny rims, no corrosion, just dull.
Cheers, Mark.
