Anyway, it was insured in her Dad's name with her as a named driver with, wait for it (and you're going to like this bit) SAGA.....
Anyway, £20k of damage and the big fat middle finger from SAGA on the claim.
To say she got reamed would be an understatement - there was even a big Jimmy Hill picture involved (belm....)

She got some real stick, had her story pulled to pieces by me and others, then Dibble turned up with a pair of handcuffs. It turned out one of relatives is a Senior BMW person so they got dragged in as well. Someonse else turned up who works for SAGA Can anyone fill me in on what happened just before the thread was vaporised?
and then she deleted all her posts.Effectively she came on here and completely contradicted everything she'd told SAGA on a public forum, and then got the hump when we outed her for being the scheming lying madam she is.
I don't think her Dad would be too pleased with the fact that he's implicated in fraud and will now have all his insurance cover withdrawn!!

1. She posted a week ago (with big colour photos) that she'd wrecked "her" pride and joy that "she'd" got on the cheap from a BMW dealer (see 5). She also posted up pictures of the M3 "she" was going to buy for "herself" with the insurance money. Effectively shes giving it the "bertie big potatoes" about whether to get an M3 or a RR Sport with the fat settlement she's going to get.
2. Last night she posted up for help, as SAGA have told her to poke her claim for £20,000 up her ar5e, as they believe her to be the main driver. Which of course she is. Or was.
3. She says that's not fair, becuase it's ACTUALLY her Dad's car all along, and she is a named driver who never used the car. Enter Jimmy Hill stage right.
This is despite the fact of (1) above, and the fact that her name is on the log book and finance documents (this because her Dad doesn't have a bank account and can't get finance.)
Cue Itchy belm, chinny chin chin chinny reckon... etc..... Animal noises and hooting and braying.
4. Dibble turns up and posts handcuffs. Flemke turns up and accuses us of being the "peanut gallery"
5. Someone works out who her relative is, and from which BMW dealer. So he's in the sh t for selling cars to female realtives at a massive discount and is likely to be fired.
6. Someone well known on here turns up, who works for the same group of companies as SAGA Insurance for the Terminally Bewildered.
7. Our hero deletes all her posts and cries a lot.
8. I tell her to get a grip, and explain to her that she is going to have no new car, she'sll have to pay for the damage she caused to what she hit, and to her mates for their injuries, and that she's going to get done for no insurance and get banned.
9 I wish her good luck at Aldi.

Of course she will. You seriously think they'll say "oh nevermind poppet. Don't worry about paying us back."
Actually, what will probably happen is that they'll say she's materially breached the finance agreement by not comprehensively insuring the vehicle. So they full amount becomes payable in full immiediately. So they can then bankrupt her if she doesn't pay, and sell her house.
