The rumours are that they have a problem with session replay - so the authenticator might not stop it. It's difficult to judge - they haven't released a statement (obviously it's a delicate matter) and people have claimed that they get done even with an authenticator - although Blizz have yet to confirm an account that says they have been done with one.

No need to PM as no idea how it happened.
Friday lunchtime I checked in on some auctions as I'd been travelling and they'd all expired with no sale.
Friday evening started playing and then noticed after ten minutes I'd lost 190k in credit and any items in my stash.
Changed my password and installed the authenticator, lesson learned.
I now have authenticator on, all the time, and the SMS alerts too.
A friend got hacked this afternoon as well.
Authenticator = do it!

Authenticators are great until you lose them or they break. I have my WoW account on my iPod authenticator and the iPod has gone walkabout... They initially wanted a scan of a photo ID in order to remove the authenticator. Quite why I don't know, as they don't know what I look like (and I don't have one anyway) and then said a birth certificate would do. Haven't they heard of Photoshop?

I have 2 lvl 60s both in act1 inferno, monk is stuck at butcher and my wizard is progressing through act 1 easily after respecing. Currently on the last parts of Act1 in Hell difficulty, Difficulty has definatly ramped up but
stacking Vitality as a Barbarian and having my skill set geared towards healing myself seems to
be doing the job.
Still havent had a legendary drop
Wizard currently has 16k dps, 300 resists and 25k life (plus diamond skin gives me an addition 20k hp), I kite so try to avoid getting hit.
Monk is a real struggle to get gear for to be good in inferno, id probably need to spend 20-30million to be able to get to diablo on inferno.
