Corned beef and lemon curd sandwiches are lovely!
I can see the appeal of most but this has got to be a wind up.

An ex used to make me marmite and cucumber rolls. Sounds odd but it seems to work?

Fried brad sarnies...slice of Fred bread between 2 normal slices, lovely as the grease seeped through to the bread.

My two favourites:

Corned beef, bacon sizzler flavour Mccoys crisps and brown sauce.

Spaghetti bolognese - messy though. Works best in rolls rather than sandwiches.

i can see the merits in the first suggestion , with reference to the second - complete with pasta or just the meat + sauce ?

Fuzzy's Grub in london would do a roast lunch sandwich on thick sliced bread or a huge roll.

Stuffing as a spread, turkey, roast potatoes, peas, carrots, yorkshire pud, cranberry sauce and brown sauce.

Yum!

Fresh white bread, buttered thickly, couple of handfuls of raisins and a hefty sprinking of sugar. Then squished together to stop raisin/sugar egress.

Essentially a poor man's chelsea bun.

This is best in hotdog rolls that have been bored out from one end with a fork. Actually, most sandwiches are better when eaten from hotdog rolls that have been bored out with a fork.
