My pics are straight from the camera, and I'm happy with them.
I'm a keen amateur photographer. I like to capture things as they are, I'm not a photoshopper.
FYI I was approached by a few race team sponsors last year for copies of some of my pics (which I gladly let them have/use)....They can't be that s
t.
If you was an actual amateur photographer you would shoot raw which do need post processing.I'm a keen amateur photographer. I like to capture things as they are, I'm not a photoshopper.

You don't really live in Sevenoaks....... You live in Orpington, which is near Sevenoaks!
This place was mentioned in Bike magazine a couple of months ago, they had a Bonneville conversion featured. Was fairly pricey, but did look cool.
I was not aware they had a showroom type place?
My address would beg to differ, although my closest town is Biggin Hill, but in fairness - looking on that map, that place is not in Sevenoaks - it's the other side of Wrotham. Closer to Swanley! This place was mentioned in Bike magazine a couple of months ago, they had a Bonneville conversion featured. Was fairly pricey, but did look cool.

I don't shoot RAW, never have....so that stops me being an amateur tog? **** off Lets see some of those sponsor pics then
I've been taking photos since I was a primary school. The pics the race team sponsors had off me were among the ones I posted in my TT2012 thread.
They saw them and contacted me for permission to use them (I gladly granted it and sent them the original files).

Keep an eye on the Spirit Website as they post about open days.
They had one last September and were saying they would be doing more. Lots of lovely bikes there including the green Ducati pictured earlier. Tim and Kev, the owners, were happily chatting with anyone who would listen
It's not a showroom, but more of a Pigsty, literally!

I agree - neither the bike shop, or you are located in Sevenoaks!

I'll be honest Scott, I was surprised that you were saying it but it's nothing I haven't heard from some PHers in Photography sub-forum on here...which is why I generally don't post in there.
I Was replying to your comments at face value, not getting wound-up because I don't really care what others think.

Have a good weekend.

I think shooting in Raw is a pointless memory hogging excercise.I Was replying to your comments at face value, not getting wound-up because I don't really care what others think.

XStarted sprucing up my old MC19 yesterday. Forks rebuilt, clutch stripped for replacement. I still need to do the valve clearances, balance the carbs and muck the tank out.
I'm planning one of the Chinese fairings as the existing one is past it with loads of dubious stickers (not me) covering battle scars.

Today, just back from a quick run down to Anstruther, it was a good run but still pretty cold. Can't complain though as it stayed dry.

The obligatory fish supper..

Also spotted this which was very tasty.

ETA. That's not a black cloud above the Lotus and I have never been approached by a race team to use my photos.

The rest of their bikes look really good but IMO this just looks wrong.

If that wasn't running a full fairing it'd look absolutely brilliant.
I actually quite liked it after looking at it for a while.
