Under light to medium braking, I am getting a slight vibration from the front I think.

Pads are relativelty new Pagid RS42's (1500 miles or so) and the discs are standard Lotus cross drilled. Discs are also lipped a bit from wear and I would guess at least 2 yrs old with 9000 miles.

I have a new set of ali belled discs that I am yet to fit. Does anyone think the new discs will get rid of the vibration, or is it perhaps something else I need to look out for

thanks

did you bed the pads in per Pagid/Lotus instructions ? often a slight vibration is just a good beddng in session needed, especially if its a road car and the brakes dont get used that hard

Make sure all the holes in the disk are cleaned out, use a drill bit or coat hanger wire to poke the crud out.
you may find this helps.
I had a similar experience with pagids fitted on my Noble.
