Are you saying that you ordered the (discounted app only) meal on your app, but instead went to the drive through instead of the pick up point.
Or,
You ordered the item at the drive through speaker, but asked to pay the online app-only price when you got to the window, and not the drive through standard price.
It’s not clear which.
I did what I usually do, drive up to the window, give the person my order, they scan the app and pay.^ that being the obvious response?

I just could not be bothered arguing, I just thought it was starange KFC make an offer then tell you they won't sell it
