This film was released the other day. If you have some spare time, go make yourself a cup of tea or coffee, put your feet up and hit play.

laugh mate it gets better after 3.5minutes.

Its a thought provoking film, and one area it touches upon thats been at the back of my mind for years is WHY things never really change when countries elect a new president or a new prime minister.

Sorry, not going even dignify that with clicking on the links. WTF should be in the slightest bit interested about what Chuck Norris has to say on international politics?

Fair point, it's about as relevant as Arnold is to California and Glenda is to New Labour and, for that matter, Prince Charles is to anything other than plant linguistics and tampon fixations (etc).

Turbobloke - there are some issues exposed regarding climate change and where they want to go with the whole thing in this film. Its quite disturbing really. I know your views on climate change and i am 100% on your side. I guess thats what happens when you let foreign people control our country! (UN, EU)

There's a lot of political momentum behind the supposed evils of plant food gas aka tax gas, and the associated move to low carbon economies. There's no basis for it in terms of bogus man-made climate change, but that's the political road we're on. The planet is fine but we'll soon be fcensoreded if they really intend to add the extremely high cost of e.g. white elephant windymills and various tax hikes on top of a global economy in deep recession.

...maybe because things are bigger than a single president, prime minister and their politics.

If you ignore some of the narrations and funky editing it does raise some good points.
Federal Reserve being a private company was a surprise.

Doesn't mean the Fed's Secret-CEO is Satan either......which is the sort of logic jump this film and others like it make!

I watched this the other day (long, boring evening- don't ask). What amazes me is how these loons reference each other's work as if producing a serious academic paper.

I guess there have been conspiracy nut jobs about since the beginning of time.....at least they make me laugh I s'pose!

Agreed it is a little biased smile
Taxing future children to pay for current spending was something I was quite happy to blame brown and chums for but seeing that the US did it in the 30's. Is it worse to copy a bad idea rather than coming up with one one your own?

Obama's campaign got a lot of people voting who hadn't bothered before, him turning out to be the same as all the others will just damage another generations belief in the process.

Do you happen to know who the CEO is or even who the Fed's financial investor(s) are? Even Congress is not allowed that infomation.

So we know the Fed is a private company which is above the US government and does not need to take any orders from them. I would like to know who on earth owns this company as this company owns the United States military.

Is it possible that the UK system is setup in a similar way?scratchchin

kerist. Not the z film. And youtube is not the font of all knowledge and often proves that some humans are further down the evolutionary ladder and having trouble working out what the rungs are for.

I just don't like the fact that we are all being lied to on the mass scale.

Why not?

It has been going on since the beginning of time. It will continue for the rest of human existence.

Fact is if too many people know some things the world would indeed be worse off.

Even if, as I'm reasonably sure is the case, we are all being lied to, one has to be careful not to assume therefore that we are always being lied to.

To believe that everything is a lie is a one way ticket to tinfoil-hat land.

You cannot change human nature; in every sphere of influence, one is open to misdirection at the hands of those in "power", whether it be school, at home, at work or, as is the case here, national government.

Following on from this point, a common logic error is to assume that all lies, spin and misdirection from whatever source is created in order to hide something sinister in nature.

For instance, personal pride and esteem are often better explanations for many "cover-up" stories than an edict from some invisible, higher government figure with an evil masterplan.

As the other poster mentioned, it is impossible to fight human nature. One just has to learn to interpret and identify its workings.
