Apparently, we need to reduce our population to 30m in order to achieve a sustainable society.

im confused now. i thought we needed more people so that we can tax them to be able to afford the pensions to pay old people.
i think there is some mileage in that film soilent green day.

What with the government running a little short on the old dough, there's always the possibility (given that the source is closely linked to Brown) that these are being punted out as softening-up/investigative exercises towards a reduction of child benefit.

Remind me what % of the total worlds population does the uk make up????
That their places (in the UK) will not be taken by even more "unseen" migrants.
But of course it would be seen as Non PC/racist even to suggest that we get shot of(*) the "unseen" migrants in the first place then see how the country stands.
