There was a video from 2016 or prior that analysed Trump's speech patterns, and actually how effective it was. I don't think it was this video, as the one I saw definitely had words on the screen that were highlighted when discussed, but this probably is along similar lines.
What is also apparent is that his articulation was much better prior to his presidency than in recent years, he's gone downhill a lot - back in his prime business days he was actually a very good speaker, content aside.
