Gone too soon? Sounds to me he went one break in too late!

Simple Fact - He would be alive if he hadn't have CHOSEN to break the law. His choice and he needs to live with it... Oh right, well he needs to rot with it then.
Aye. The same is true of that Illegal Brazilian electrician Menendes, that lots of hearts were bleeding about recently, right?

Don't the family have any responsibility for the fact their son grew up to be a criminal? They don't appear to be ashamed or remorseful about the actions of their offspring.

Well, he had outstayed his visa by some considerable time...

Just making a factual point. Not saying he deserved to be shot.

Excellent. Another amoral pleb put out of our misery. Keep this up and we might be able to win society back for ourselves.

Hope the chap defending his family & possessions didn't get his carpet stained too badly.

Smiling scum.

So he got whats coming to him, the people who were inside the house did no wrong defending their own property, hell mind anyone who would be brass enough to try that with my house.

Having been burgled and therefore not having these sort of people in high regard, to put it mildly, I still do not think the punishment fits the crime in this regard. Unless it was self defence of course.

On the other hand the lack of prison time for burglars is a joke and is no deterrent.

I'd be interested to hear the whole story before posting a derogatory comment, but on the face of it, seems to me to be no great loss.

As has been suggested above, could be more to this than is first reported.

The police may well charge them, however whether a Jury will convict is another matter. Recently a householder was not convicted who shot dead a burglar breaking in.

Given that it was 5 vs 2 a Jury may be very sympathetic if the 2 defending their own home armed themselves.

Depends if it was really a burglary or not. If it was then he got what he deserved. If however, thats just a cover story, maybe a whole different situation.

Yes, they were responsible.

But at the end of the day, they are still feeling the same pain you or I would feel at losing a child.

He knew what he was doing and was thieving scum, but to go on his tribute site and rub his families nose in it by insulting them is not on I'm afraid.

Would we turn up at his funeral and say the same things? I don't think so.

Whoever posted on his tribute site under Piston Head needs to take that down. People already have the wrong idea of us regarding speeding issues this won't help that image.

Besides it's obvious the kid is scum & his family need to come to terms with that now.

But again looking at it objectively - which of the two deserved more to be removed from the gene pool? 1. gainfully employed electrician (albeit without valid visa) 2. some dolelite thieving scum? My vote goes to the one without the multimeter and pliers.

Where are all these posts? I fancy a read.
Losing nayone is horrible - no matter what they did or whether they 'deserved it'.
