t really. But a worthy comment never the less.Gander at this from my local paper. My first response to this is "no $hit"; my second is, "How are you going to improve yourselves?". Please don't ask for another handout or special program, you have more of those than anybody. Does personal responsibility and making the most of the "most favored" minority programs already in existence ring a bell?
