So woman who gives birth at 17 makes poor parent. I notice a lack of his fathers reaction in the press coverage.

Gloating to the family is very low brow.

I was crap at football.

That is all.

If it was one of the victims that stabbed him, I hope he stabbed him in the front or they'll do him because 'he was running away' or other rubbish.

To all of you laughing, I hardly think it's funny.

A very close friend of mine was stabbed halfway through a burglary and was killed.
Actually, now I think about it, he wasn't. Given a bit more thought, it turns aout he's alive because he's NOT a thieving heap of st who was robbing someone.

If it was Chav on Chav gang war, then he's still just as dead and still not innocent. If it was a burglary then he's still just as dead and still scum.

But I do agree actually posting something to that effect on the Tribute page is a bit off.

On here, fair play though.

The replacement tribute page has been withdrawn now.

Is it me or is it a bit weird to want to post up a memorial, especially so quickly? How did people survive without the internet?

A 17 year old certainly understands the possible consequences of his action (both the misery he will inflict on his victims and the personal risks he is running).
That's the problem today is that no one understands the consequences because there are no consequences at the end of the day. The Police are hamstrung by rules, the CPS won't prosecute, and if they do get that far the defendant sheds a few crocodile tears and gets let out.

What is pretty obvious today is that burglars are going further in their actions by going equipped and making threats. They are discovering that home owners in certain circumstances can protect themselves and the law is backing them up.
