Been a mental couple of days so haven't had chance to admit newbies or send an email.

Will be back and dealing with admin about 5/530 today

If it rolls will sort newbies for then. We still have rollover money for anyone in the final group last time too as previously posted about.

Highly doubt. I believe it's capped around 180m anyway. But if Tues is won then next Fri is a superdraw anyway. So, at a minimum, we have another 2 chances in this series!

The other poster is unavailable for the other draw, so I agreed to. But don't want to be logging that x 150!

Granted, I did. However, the rules do state to only transfer for draws on named days.

The reason for this isn't me being arsey, it's to do with how I administer it all, which I'll clarify. I basically download a CSV excel file of my transactions which I then filter for the named dates. This means I don't accidentally mix up a late payment for a Friday draw with an early payment for a Tuesday draw as the CSV file only contains payment dates, not times. Meaning there's no way to tell if it was before/after a 7.30 cutoff time at night.

I then save the lists as a record for the draw should there be any queries.

Transaction list tracks who is in each draw.

Email / sending money is our syndicate agreement.

You don't have to get the email each time to agree to the syndicate rules - in the same way one at your work wouldn't get you to agree every time. Just the first one. The rules are occasionally updated, but so long as you're happy and agree.

However, anyone who emails can get their emails updated. It currently goes out to about 300 people and I keep them all saved in a spreadsheet

Also, Friday I'm away and need to set off before the normal deadline. So if you can all make payments well in advance that would be appreciated.

By last thing Thursday would be appreciated, so I can do first thing Fri morn preferably.

Hit an accident on the M1 and traffic on the a14 on the way to my holiday and missed the buying deadline.

So I need to add approx 82.50 to the pot for Tuesday.

As per the rules, anyone who sends in time but I miss in my admin is included. So we have 130 odd tickets or whatever it was, but 160 ish people had equity in them.

Therefore the approx 80 quid will be added to the Friday rollover monies. For the group created yesterday. So that will have an unusually large number of tickets for a rollover group.

Because, otherwise, let's say the Friday group wins on Tuesday with rollover tickets. If I use their late cash to fund Tuesday's group then they would get free equity in Friday as the rules state that anyone transmitting in time would have equity no matter what. And I really don't fancy going to court.

So if you want a part of Tues, irrespective of when you paid for Fri, please pay Sat-tues as normal.

But the rollover tickets will be larger than normal.

The way I read it.

If you paid for the Friday draw in time you were in the Friday draw irrespective if your money was used to buy tickets or not. And you will now be in the rollover from that draw which will have more tickets than usual due to the missed tickets.

Tuesday draw is completely separate transaction so you will need to pay for that.
