Been doing the 100 press-up regime now for a few weeks (trying to get in shape for the wedding).
You planning to strip off at the reception????I suspect your fiancee has already seen what you've got - and even if there is another guy there called the Best Man - by definition your manhood isn't in doubt on your wedding day - stand proud M8!!
It seems you want something quick and easy without actually do any bench work.
You can simulate the effect of an incline bench press by raising your legs a foot or so above the ground on a platform. Find a solid platform to do so (like a chair or coffee table) and do your press ups as normal. Your feet face down on the raised platform and your hands on the ground.
If you're looking for T-shirt muscles only invest in a bench and a set of irons. A set of dumb bells and a bar. Worst case scenario, get one of those big plastic gym balls and use it as a bench ( you wont be able to go heavy!)
Chest, shoulders, biceps and back can all be done with a bench and irons.
As your are just starting out results should happen quick quickly with a bench.
For real results you need to alter your diet and start increasing the protein.
