Sleeping pills
Discussion
I need to hit the ground running when i land in the states next week, and always find it a bit of a struggle to nod off when flying.
Having never taken sleeping tablets before, can anyone reccomend some?
Also, is this likely to help with jet lag? My thinking is, i'll stay awake for most of the night, sleep on the plane at 8am and then i should be adjusted to the time difference, or is that just a silly idea?

As someone has said, basically stay up a long time before the flight so you are so knackered by the time you board you'll be asleep.
unless its a business trip, the staying up late [or not going to sleep at all] is the most fun option have rolled into the hotel at 9am to collect cases, keeping the taxi waiting, on more than a few occasions. Gassing Station | Health Matters | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
