The ball was already out of play because of the previous foul. But you can be booked even if the ball is not in play. You could get booked for something going down the tunnel at half time.

Should have been red. But a free kick to Haiti was the right decision. Emma Hayes said she didn't understand how the Haiti player could be booked for an incident after the foul!! What's she on about??? If you follow that thinking, Beckham should not have been sent off for kicking Simeone. England got the free kick, Beckham had already been fouled.

OK, a wins a win, but only by a lucky penalty retake.
( BBC reporting a lot of penalty misses so far in the finals)

Why was the pen retake lucky? If the keeper stays on her line until the ball is kicked, she probably doesn't make the original save.
