Thought we played well any other day Son would have buried that, we're ready for CL football so 5th is probably best.

Shame about the Arsenal though.

There you have it. Spurs played their socks off, really wanted something from the game. But the 'fans'? Nothing, until the game was gone, then singing their hearts out A stain on their club and the PL.

Congrats to Villa on CL qualification. Your fans deserve it more than the lily livered 'lilywhites'.

laugh Strange isn’t it that every gooner I’ve spoken to over the past days and I know a few, said they would be exactly the same

CL place on the line and all you lot can sing about is Arsenal, celebrating your own downfallinstead of getting behind your own team. Amazing.
You might be new here but for any doubt, we don't like Arsenal. HTH
And are happy for your own team to lose too biggrin
I don’t think you understand, no one here is happy to lose a game just happy that the bonus was the gooners probably won’t win the league now, there is a big difference, do you get it now?

But when you were in it, and playing well, with something to play for, you were silent.

Explain that.

Dear oh dear… you know that’s exactly what it is. Now you’ve let them know they’ve ruined your day and given them much satisfaction. Sometimes you just have to bite your tongue. Spurs have won nothing yet again and though they have played some great football they came up short after look nailed on for top 4. You guys have progressed again, building on last season and solidly in 2nd place. Spurs can celebrate Arsenal not likely winning the league (my boys aren’t going to stop City on Sunday) but that’s all they have to celebrate… let them have their moment.

It's also about enjoying your rivals being spineless bottle jobs.

Honestly this is amazing, the sheer anger from Arsenal fans. You lost the title because you weren’t good enough, not Spurs’s fault. hehe

Now why would a Liverpool fan say that? Did us losing to City mean more?

The foundations are really fragile, the last 48 hours have shown me that. It's inside the club, outside the club. Outside, inside, everywhere. It's been an interesting exercise. It's just my observations, mate. I want to be successful at this football club, it's why I was brought in. So what other people, how they want to feel, and what their priorities are, are of zero interest to me.

I know what's important to build a winning team - that's what I need to concentrate on.
"Postecoglou was captured on video arguing with a Spurs fan in the stadium, while two home supporters were filmed doing City's Poznan celebration shortly after the opening goal.

When quizzed on the Spurs fans' chants, Postecoglou replied in a spiky media conference: "I'm not interested, mate. I just don't care. Maybe I'm out of step, but I just don't care, I just want to win."

Anyone who wore the blue away shirt or the 125-year half and half shirt last night should have their season tickets revoked. Absolute disgrace.

I hope the minority of idiot supporters don't cause the manager to throw in the towel.
