Just use a grabber tool, or follow the air vent to where it is exiting and shake them out of there. Whereabouts are you location wise, if nearby I can bring my tool over for you?
That's kind buddy thank you, I'm in Gloucester but I've got some good ideas now thanks to this thread and ordered a few tools which should help now and in the future! Grayedout said:

Thanks pal, looks like something that could be very useful! https://www.amazon.co.uk/NoCry-Pick-up-Tool-Set-Te...
Bulbs retrieved, new halogen bulb in place, the grabber thing suggested did the trick to get the bulbs so thank you to those who suggested it, I even managed to fill the washer fluid up without frying the ECU or snapping the cambelt. Win!! Thanks all, much appreciated and I hope my little endeavour was if nothing else some bank holiday entertainment!!

Headlight bulbs are proof the engineers hate the mechanics.
Headlight bulbs are the proof that the accountants hate everyone; no engineer not working under the yoke of rabid cost saving would design them that wayBluejmc2005 said:
