To me the number 9 looks altered 2 number to last. Doesn't event look like a 9. Ive done a HIP check showing that it is a valid V5C for the car however is the document fake?

Car isn't showing up as stolen, finance or crashed.

Put the doc ref into https://www.vehicleenquiry.service.gov.uk/ - the only relevant info is whether it's the most recent V5C or not.

All that jazz

confused

There is no number 9. Number is CA 0727313 which is valid. If you hold it up to the light the watermarking will show the letters DVL all over it if it's legit.
