Thank you, I certainly think so too!

Yes, absolutely stunning Nath!
Love the colour and wheels.
I see no reason to change mine. I’ve kind of adapted to the infotainment. I just connect my phone to CarPlay and use voice control. The TrackPad works fine too.
Thanks! See I come from Mercedes and Honda infotainment so the dbx feels bang up to date haha. When I had my supra that felt space age! And yet was bemoaned by reviewers for being a gen or two too old smh.

Never ever been a fan of SUV’s, although I see the appeal, but I think these are absolutely stunning. Beautiful car mate

Thanks! Same, my dbx 550 was my first suv. Right now my 707 is my only car and the motivation to get something more purposeful as a weekender is slim due to the 707s complete nature.

Hi Nath,
I read on the New Vantage thread that you have removed the OPF’s on your 707 and that it now sounded much better.
I’d be interested to know more, has this been done by your dealer, do you need to remap to avoid fault codes coming up?
My car is in for a service soon and if my dealer is ok, I’d definitely ask them to do it.

These are the ones I have fitted.

Didn’t have my dealer fit them but it is not a difficult job.

Sound difference is great much more clarity on the V8. No idea if any performance gains. Still quiet when in GT mode and cruising.

No lights or mapping required. Just helps uncork that beautiful V8 sound.

Many thanks Nath. Food for thought.
Edited to say I just watched (and listened!) to the video DAE put on Instagram with the sound of a DBX707 before and after installation, with valves closed then open. The sound is lovely.
Is it still ok over a long motorway trip?
Is it more noisy than stock at motorway speed?
I have the Performance Pack on my V12VSR which has the full length titanium exhaust and it does get tiring at motorway speeds, I don’t care so much for a fun car but my DBX is a daily which I use with family and dog over long trips so it must be quiet when I want to.
Another edit to say that I enquired with my dealer if they would fit the DAE part to my car and they replied they would but warned AML could use this to invalidate warranty in case of a problem with my car.
I personally think they would need to prove the modification caused the problem.
Also DAE were allegedly involved in the F1 pace car so blaming such a simple modification to invalidate warranty in case of a claim seems unlikely but I’ve asked my other dealer I use, let’s see what they say.
