Brilliant video Simon the roads and the scenery looked stunning I bet the Murci was a sight to behold for folks coming the other way.Glad the guys on the ferry looked after you and the issue with the car was a nice simple fix.

A nice update on a "brave pill" McLaren which has apparently turned out quite reasonable to own

...and I thought I recognised this car...

Yep, it's my car.

It's been very reliable.

Good review with the guys the 12c has aged very well and bang for buck nothing really out there to touch them for the price range.Would definitely be on a shortlist of mine as a natural upgrade from the Noble

Another plug for the Mclaren P11’s.

2016 650s here - has been solid, and has now become my daily since retirement. Only use the old DD’s for long distance travel or chores.

While I’m lucky enough to be well-positioned to get a new supercar for my varied garage, I’m disappointed by their incremental objective improvements over the 650. And they come with the cost of additional weight and Asian-style screens and graphics.

And also my lovely 2012 V12 Vantage. Rock solid (a bit too much so on the road wink ). But a NA V12 with a real manual gearbox - got to love that.

Not really high mileage cars yet - but definitely keepers.
