Ferrari 458 Italia oversupply?

A superficial look at the classifieds shows there are 70 x 458 coupes currently available after just 3 years of production. Only 57 x F430 coupes currently available after a longer 5 year production run.
Are people simply hanging on to their 430s or is there an oversupply of the 458 I wonder?

I know someone who had a 1st of march 13 plate Spider that he had ordered quite a while ago to speculate and make some money on and got a surprise.....! Ended up just getting his money back with delivery miles on it.....!Are people simply hanging on to their 430s or is there an oversupply of the 458 I wonder?

I think 430's tend to sell quicker as they are half the price, so less tend to hang around.
A lot of 458's have been on the market for ages.. Also quite a few examples of people who had the coupe and are now chopping in for Spiders...

Apparently, 458's are very much more difficult cars to deal with in terms of mileage correction :-)Are people simply hanging on to their 430s or is there an oversupply of the 458 I wonder?

Hence one at that money without a great spec not selling.
For me the sports seats are 100% essential, won't look at a car without them.
new coupes still arriving at dealerships all the time...have a peek round the back!I also see that the Spyder now has its own section in the ph classifieds...they are absolutely wonderful cars,and who knows when the weather improves,but for now there would seem to be too many available for them not to take another leg down.Fantastic car and more power to anybody who manages to pick one up at a good price.Also,I believe that after a year or so they came with 7 years free servicing so great on running costs too.Adored mine when I had it.Agree it's spec sensitive,definitely a few must haves for me...
