Well I guess I was wrong. My guess was DB12 / new Vantage interior straight copy into the DBX.
But now they did this. Why AM, why.. There was no more budget left for basically the most important car in the line-up?!?!
I am sorry but I really do not understand why people suddenly like this interior. ITS THE SAME INTERIOR WITH NEW TECH AND A NEW STEERING WHEEL. Okay they try to hide it with some other finishing parts and they cut away a part BUT ITS THE SAME OLD FUGLY INTERIOR. How can you complain about the old interior and then say you like this?? Okay okay they cut down a mold and removed the part under the old screen and yes that area looks better then the old situation, creative solution AM well played. BUT ITS STILL THE SAME OLD INTERIOR DESIGN. Sorry AM, not good enough, especially for your most important car that needs to bring in the cash. I mean just look at how the top corners of the infotainment screen connect with those old interior lines of the dash.. How can the AM design team accept that? That just looks cheap.. and its a 250K pounds car!
Sorry for ranting but this is a BIG disappointment. DBX sales were down because people were waiting for the next interior version. But I am not so sure this will do it for AM. But I guess most people only car if they can connect their phone easy..
When will it be available? I'll check it out in real life before lashing out more about this interior.. After the new Vantage AM regained some of my trust (despite not changing the rear design of the car..) but now they do this.. Utter disappointment.
