Use outlook for emails, every couple of weeks it changes to a new slower version, so i swoop back, but it doesnt end there, every few feeks it changes, just leave it alone, works fine and im happy, just stop.

Yes. Using registry editor (you may have to run it as administrator) navigate to Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Preferences

Once there, create a new 32-bit DWORD value called UseNewOutlook and set its value to 0 (Hex)
