2024 Honda CBR600RR

I have just read in MCN that the new CBR600RR that is returning to the UK is starting at £10,499 !
Amazingly this is cheaper than the ZX6R and is fitted with 6 axis IMU and other lovely gadgets.
This seems like amazing value to me considering how much superbikes are nowadays. It also looks great to my eyes. Seriously tempted to have a look although I really don't need another sports bike. I suppose this will also help soften some of the crazy second hand prices of the 2016 era bikes.

If you do buy one you'll be glad you're where you are and didn't stay in Australia as the CBR600RR is over $29,000 in Australia! Or around £15,499.....It's nice to see that they have stuck with the under seat exhaust like previous generations. Always makes a bike look more sleek I feel. I think the used market might have to readjust with the latest pricing of this, your looking at about £8-9 k for a 2016.

I notice how the indicators are mounted at the clock bracket as opposed to years gone by on the side fairing. I thought they'd go the blade route with them and have them in the wing mirrors dunno if this will come as it's without mirrors. At least its not like Kawasaki's, with two massive cats eyes dumped on the side fairing.

Public bikes will have mirrors. You can see the mounting points in the photos.The clutch side case looks the same as a 2003 bike !!

It looks cool, but depends if it’s actually any good or not
It’s got less power and is heavier than a zx6r, and it’s not exactly set the world on fire in racing so far (the model, albeit without the fancy dash, has been on sale in Japan for a couple of years now)
