AHHHH poo.
Steam has just done something to arma 2 and now im getting an error
cant open C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\arma 2 operation arrowhead\Expansion\Addons\weapons_e.pbo
Game wont run. God I hate steam!!

I'm not online for a couple of days now, you won't see the bus from any town, or from tree lines etc.
I should be back online after the weekend.

Had to ditch my A14 for an M1104 so I could raid the town (my Makarov only had one clip remaining)
Ive now eaten a fair share and have 3 water bottles. Need to find a big backpack and some painkillers really. Any ideas. Im currently in Stobar supermarket.

There is a red house thats enterable on the way to the tents at Starey. From the supermarket it's north I think. There is often a few goodies in there. If you make it through the tents you should at least get an AK of some description if there is anything left. At worst a few butter holes in you!

Well my character reset for some reason. Ive just logged on to a server to play and its started again!!! Really unimpressed as I had loads of goodies and was starting to really enjoy it. Why would it do that????

Found a tractor to add to our massive car pool; but sadly fuel bugged as I filled it and it didn't fill up the tank at all! It is in the middle of nowhere and I've moved it further from where I found it until it ran out completely. Might be a mission to refuel it with one of the other cars to assist soon

Luke and me added the bus and yellow car to base last night. I wondered how they appeared at the base!!! should be an addition of an atv and hilux later on! Some fool set up camp very close to the nw airfield so easy to spot!

If you can get hold of a dmr/m14aim/1911 or revolver then go for them as you can change the mags over to different rounds them switch em back to refill the clip thus never running out of ammo. Will be patched out soon but it saves lugging a ton of clips in the backpack!

I logged into teamspeak last night for a while to see if anyone appeared, as I still don't know where you've moved the base to, but guess nobody was on. Will come on tonight if anyone else is going to be there and you can direct me

I'll be on tonight Alan! We didn't move camp in the end (or I started to but it was found, no idea how it was hard for me to find!) we have joined in with Jacob's camp who have a far better one than we had

I know its an Alpha but really dont want to start again. I had just got to a decent area after hours of travelling, had weapons, food and water and was set up nicely for a good game and I get wiped for no reason. It just sucks ass.

Did you try another server?
I had the same, logged out and went to another server, lost the lot! Fuming. Went to bed.
Next day, went to the original server - all was well.

 Well I got the tractor running; got it all the way to Stary Sobor (yes I know, not a good idea in the tractor but it was a shortcut  ) and the game client crashed! Logged back in, approached the tractor and it crashed again! I don't think it is allowed in Stary! ETA: And again!!! Asterix said: Did you try another server?
I had the same, logged out and went to another server, lost the lot! Fuming. Went to bed.
Next day, went to the original server - all was well. +1 same here

No servers appearing in game and most of the good servers are not existing is six launcher - awesome

Just been on a veteran server -5 gmt that was working fine as were the other servers from what I can see.

Good haul on some more weapons/vehicles last night gents! stumbled across 3 vehicles on our way back to camp. Lost an atv to a lake as it decided to have a sticky throttle when i jumped off to have a drink and drive straight into it and blow up. Still, nice blue van, atv and hilux with some filled jerry cans so can't complain. Did you get the yellow car back safe in 1 piece last night? sounded hectic in cherno
