Not going to make it tonight sorry, have stuff I gotta do I didn't know about  then going to see Batman to make up for it  Seems my friend from work (who's a pretty good gamer) is looking to get into this after I've been going on about it all last week, so should hopefully have someone else to join in and help out

Im getting a bit peeved with this game now. I cant find any food, goods or ammo in anyplace. I have found a hatchet at least 10 times. I found 4 in one barn!! Why can I not find anything I need. Ive gone through 3 towns, 2 farmsteads and 3 deer stands. All in all maybe 12-14 buildings where there is meant to be loot and I have NOTHING?

It's probably already been looted.
Try switching to another server or wait for the server reset and the loot respawns.

Yeah I purposefully picked a server with 1 other player on it on this occasion but I still lucked out with a massive hault of hatchets and nought else.

You can, but not vehicles or tents. As long as its on your person it will go with you.

The lack of a hunting knife was my downfall last night.
Had tons of gear and doing quite well but after four hours I was low on blood and could I find a hunting knife to gut animals? Nope.

I dont have a mic so teamspeak is an issue for me.

It's well worth buying a mic for, or if you have an iPhone for £3 you can get the app and join us that way, it worked perfectly when I tried it. The experience changes so much when a group dynamic is introduced.

Well searched another 2 barns and a town and got 1xsoda and 1xcan of beans or sometihng. Still had no weapons or ammo or anything. At the 2nd barn I came across a survivor by the name of Marc. He was armed with an A14 and shot his way into the barn to join me. I expected to have to start a new game.
Once he realised there was no items in the barn he watched me crawl out the door, he then ran out the other door and killed a few zombies and drew them away which allowed me to leave with ease. I thought it was a close shave but still desperately needed a weapon. On to the next town. That where i got my drink and naff all else. I then heard gunfire and thought that was it so ran to the trees and waited for death to come or pass by.
Marc appeared. I told him i was struggling and he could see that. He then dropped an A14 AIM and 3 mags for me before running off into the town to go zombie hunting. I covered him from a deerstand before he was out of sight.
My faith is restored. Marc if by some change you are on here......thanks!

Nice I'm pretty sure that gun is not that common, only found at help crash sites, or thats certainly only where i've seen it! Just goes to show there are some decent people out there. This game can be so different every time!
I should be on within the hour.
