I've got a bit of spare gold, anyone up for joining a PH clan if I make one for a giggle? We don't have to do Clan Wars or anything and it might be a laugh.

Damn, run out of slots and want a new tank, £9 won't break the bank Premium is only 80p for a day, why not Get drunk, put camo on a loltraktor Damn premium tanks, better than us but I don't need one Ooo, Churchill is half price I'll buy one
Is where I'm currently at, don't think I'll pay £40 for a Lowe though! This is almost exactly how I've ended up my camo is on my KV - which is nice because it's now on both the KV-1 and KV-2! - and rather less sensibly but far more awesomely my BT-2. 66% win rate in that thing, I think, love it. I'm not using premium, because I think I'd start to miss it too badly whenever I didn't have it and then boom, I have an £85-a-year habit but instead I play a lot of tier 5 tanks to keep the money coming in. I love my Panzer IV, and the T-34 is becoming a favourite too. These can regularly profit £20k without premium, which is great!

Even if you just stick to platooning and tank companies, you would also need everyone to sign up to Mumble or Teamspeak or similar, as to play platoons or tank companies without being able to talk to each other is a waste of time. ETA: A few of us PH players are already in a clan, which would prevent us from joining a PH clan, as you can only be in one.

Finally bought the E-100 - although I sold my Ferdinand and IS-8 to get it! I even survived my first battle (usually get shot to death within 60 seconds when trying out a new tank..). I am wondering if the Maus may be surplus now.....

Snails said: If you haven't done so already, go the the Depot, select Modules and then 'not compatible with my vehicles' and then sell all your redundant modules that get taken off of tanks when any module is upgraded. Brilliant Top Tip there Snails. Just spent the last 30 minutes doing this and now have an additional 2.1m credits. Shame you can't sell them all in one go, I now have cramp...

Now go through and sell all the old modules for vehicles you still own, but will never use; tracks and turrets being the main culprits. After than, you can usually make a little selling old ammo.

Hey folks,
Thinking of selling the Grille. However it has 6k Exp on it. There is no chance of the vehicle becoming elite status as the Hummel is 40k Exp away. I guess I will lose the 6k on it as its not elite ?
Thanks

Thanks XP on a vehicle is separate from the vehicle - if you were to buy it again in the future you'll find you have 6k XP on it.

how does the selling price usually compare to the buying price? ie if I sell something I then find I actually did want to do I lose much on it? I'm working my way up the entire Russian tree at the moment so quite often find when I upgrade to a new tank that Iv'e already got several of the modules (radio or gun) already sat on the shelf.

The selling price is always exactly half the buying price - but note that that's the current buying price, not necessarily the price you paid at the time! So when you buy a tank on a half-price offer, it's essentially free, as after the offer ends you can sell it for exactly what you paid I always keep compatible parts that I might use again, because you see the price of the tank and work towards it, then you need another £100k to retrain your crew, then you realise that you need all these parts that you thought you were clever to sell, and it's not worth driving until you earn enough to buy them all back!

Question; I now have enough money to buy a T110E5. I currently have a T32 with 100k XP so about 70k to go before I unlock the M103.
Do I skip the M103 and go straight to the T110 or should I work through the M103?

You've got the 230k free XP you need to research the T110E5 straight off? Impressive!
If so, since the T110E5 doesn't need any modules researched in the M103 (all are standard fitment), then I would probably go straight through. You won't cause yourself any disadvantage in terms of having an underequipped tank to start off with, but you will save the money and time in the M103. And in that, you'd need to burn another 100k points to get to a decent gun before even starting the grind, so it would be far quicker to skip it!

I have 340k free XP, mainly saved up from the last time they did the 5X XP event. Feel like maybe I should save it for when the British tanks come, but they're not in 8.0 so I figure I have some time...

In that case, for sure. To be honest I think I'm gonna want to play all of the British tanks, I haven't skipped anything at all yet - saving the free XP for when I have a tank that's horrible stock or something - and I get a lot more out of them for it! But this means you save a massive amount if cash which is probably gonna be more useful. Then you'll have the means to go down all the trees at once like I'm planning to! Just to add to how incredibly awesome I think the ELC AMX is - fantastic tank - I just noticed it takes the cheapest improved ventilation, happy days. I also had my best-ever scoring game in it recently! ETA - This Great piece of kit!
