I saw a 90's Supra - in very nice condition, at fatty island in Coventry about 12:15 today. I also saw a new "BMW" Supra, but that was nowhere near as exciting...
Where is fatty island?!? I saw a widebody 205 last week on the A444 near the griff. Red, white wheels and what looked like a Dimma 'Testarossa' kit on!That is another then - one was white by the airport and the other is orange, and I regularly see it on the Allesley Old Road.
"Fatty Island" is where McDonald's/KFC, etc. are on the Canley business park at the junction of Tile Hill Lane and the A45. Where the old Rover factory used to be.

Think the white ones owner must live on the A45 just by the airport roundabout in the houses down toward the petrol station as I see it every morning when queuing going the other way."Fatty Island" is where McDonald's/KFC, etc. are on the Canley business park at the junction of Tile Hill Lane and the A45. It was a Triumph factory. My dad worked there. It’s where I saw my first computer when I was 8 ish. It occupied a room the size of a tennis court and input was by punch card. My dad was the systems designer. His responsibility was the parts system. "Fatty Island" is where McDonald's/KFC, etc. are on the Canley business park at the junction of Tile Hill Lane and the A45. It didn’t become badged Rover until near the demise of BL.

Nice chap, has a VERY impressive collection of cars and isn't afraid to use them.
I think I've seen quite a few of them now, the SVJ seemed to be out a lot during spring and TBH whenever I see anything in the area that isn't a run of the mill Ferrari or Lambo I tend to assume its probably one of his! And fair play too, I've never seen him driving like a tit through the villages, always respectful and obeying the limits. Craikeybaby said:

Ah I ok, I used to live about a minutes walk from there, never heard it referred to as that before. AKA Malfunction junction or something similar IIRC?"Fatty Island" is where McDonald's/KFC, etc. are on the Canley business park at the junction of Tile Hill Lane and the A45. Yeap, he’s had quite a few, I think at one point he had 3 veyrons and a Chiron, but I’m not sure if any have gone now he has a Divo
I saw a post and photos elsewhere that implied the same chap has just taken delivery of the first UK customer Valkyrie via AM Nottingham, that thing made his Veyron SS (parked up in the background) look rather ordinary by comparison! Gassing Station | Midlands | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
