Hi,

I represent Glasgow rock band, The Detours. The band are shooting a new music video that will feature a scene shot at night in an abandoned factory car park (old Motorola/Freescale unit in East Kilbride near Glasgow) It’s this Sunday, 15th July at approx. 8pm.

The scene is a street fight between two MMA guys in an area made from two lines of muscle cars with their lights facing into each other and crowds of people (also looking for extras if anyone wants to get involved).

I'm looking for muscle cars to feature in the video. They will play a big part so it’s chance to get your pride and joy on TV…

The video will be on major music channels when it's done, the last video the band released did really well:

Got old .muscle cars' Depends on what is needed as old italain sttuff and sitting idling or with lights on for long periods not easy

Ideally American muscle... mustang, charger, chevelle etc but I know not everyone owns such a things so there is a couple of Ferraris/Porsches too.

The cars would just be sitting in two lines facing each other with lights on - they don't need to be idling but that's dependant on the battery I suppose. If idling or leaving lights on was a problem then the video team will work round it; wide shots first then shoot close ups that maybe don't need the cars in the shot... that kinda thing.

Muscle cars so Im guessing old school, preferably got that Happy Days american hot rod look to them. Theres someone on here from Glasgow or near to with a Plymouth Prowler, you may want to also look at some Cobra owners in the Classic section, that may help.

Theres a chap in Renfrew who use to run an American Car Sales place in Tradeston. Still got American cars as far as i gather, could check with him, possibly a mustang or so.

It would be great if you could pop round, we're hopefully going to have a good few muscle cars so the likes of a Tuscan will be nice to get some variety into the mix too!
