Currently he is isn’t he? Since she is doing v poorly. If she were winning you’d have a point
I don’t think even Raducanu’s harshest critic would suggest that she look to anyone on this thread for tennis career advice……(1) ditch the parents (in a professional capacity)
(2) rehire Andrew Richardson as coach; and pay his market rate for the US open win
(3) kill the social media crap
(4) stop going to PR events in the middle of a tournament and;
(5) focus on the tennis!!

Shame as there is actually some good advice here:
(1) ditch the parents (in a professional capacity)
(2) rehire Andrew Richardson as coach; and pay his market rate for the US open win
(3) kill the social media crap
(4) stop going to PR events in the middle of a tournament and;

I can't tell where the parody ends (1) ditch the parents (in a professional capacity)
(2) rehire Andrew Richardson as coach; and pay his market rate for the US open win
(3) kill the social media crap
(4) stop going to PR events in the middle of a tournament and;
(5) focus on the tennis!!

I’d agree with (1), not sure about the rest. (1) ditch the parents (in a professional capacity)
(2) rehire Andrew Richardson as coach; and pay his market rate for the US open win
(3) kill the social media crap
(4) stop going to PR events in the middle of a tournament and;
(5) focus on the tennis!!
Not to mention probably a few of those things are nonsense. Social media posting done by likely a member of the team once every 4 days means nothing. Probably the Andrew thing means little too, given he was only a coach for a few months - it wasn’t like he developed her and did a massive change to her game in that time that she’s now forgotten.
Probably the main thing is the high turnover of people. Whatever causes that needs to stop - if it’s her or the parents.

I have to agree and so would most elite athletes.
How many have you asked? Can you share your data?In April 2021, ER started with Nigel Sears as her coach, she went on to become the youngest British player in the Open era to reach the last 16 at Wimbledon. Then for some reason she ditched Sears and hooked up with Andrew Richardson to win the US Open in July. Two weeks after that she split with Richardson.
There is absolutely nothing stable about her approach to the coaching side, it is totally chaotic.
